Bell Rock (Pedra do Sino) Pictures
- The Classic "Help me"
-
I've heard that everyone that goes to this place take the same picture.
The scenary is near a ravine, with a small part of the mountains in the
background and me doing the "help me" pose.
- A Small Tunnel Beneath a Curve in the Trail
-
The trail actually goes over and around the tunnel, but as a wolf lover
I am I had this urge to check the tunnel out *grins*.
- Looking Down at the God's Finger
-
The most remarkable part of this mountain formation is the God's Finger.
There's another landmark called Friar's Wart, but this is THE landmark.
From a town called Teresopolis, we see it high above us... here we see
it down and away. Another interesting thing is how we're above the clouds.
Makes it look like Mount Olimpus, doesn't it...
- Sunset Over the Friar's Wart
-
Every time we go to Bell Rock we take pictures of the sunset and the
sunrise. Naturally, they never get as we expect. Nonetheless, here's
the second greatest landmark of this mountain formation, the Friar's
Wart.
